Goals for the next 12 Weeks

- to lose 1.5 lbs per week for the next 12 weeks totalling a loss of 18 lbs

- to work out daily

- to drink my allotted 4l of water each day

- to change my negative thinking to more positive

-  to stick to the meals that I plan for myself

- to NOT binge nor purge for the entire 12 weeks

- to feel happier and more comfortable about being me
